Rotary Club of Bharuch in association with RCC, Rotaract & Interact Clubs had Proudly organised PINK Rotathon 2.0 - Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign on 1st October 2023 in Bharuch at MIPRYC. 

The Goodies partner was Decathon & the Health Partner was JB Mody Cancer Centre Ankleswar, had supported the event. 
Bharuch Running Club & Ankleshwar Women Runners along with Inner Wheel Club of Bharuch had helped in volunteering & participation of the event.

The Rotary Club of Bharuch has hosted a remarkable event in support of breast cancer awareness, the "Pink Rotathon - Breast Cancer Awareness Walk," which saw the participation of over 300+ enthusiastic ladies who walked five kilometers to raise awareness for this crucial cause

Under the dynamic leadership of Event Chair Rtn. Ketan Desai and Co-Chair Rtn. Bijal Toprani, this event was a resounding success. President Rtn. Rizwana Talkin Zamindar and Secretary Rtn. Santosh Singh played pivotal roles in organizing and coordinating the event, ensuring its smooth execution.

RCC President Shailesh Dave, Rotaract President Anish Mina & Interact President Sheryl Christian along with their team’s had been actively involved in this project from start to end including in graphics & Tshirts distribution volunteering. Mr. Dharmik Parpar had well handled all media of this event. 

The highlight of the event was the esteemed presence of the Chief Guest, President of Bharuch Nagarpalika, Vibhutiben Yadav.

 Rotary Club of Bharuch is dedicated to making a positive impact on the community, and events like the Pinkathon underscore their dedication to meaningful causes. 

JB Modi Cancer Centre team of Dr. Atmi Deliwala & Dr. Himali Patel had shared the breast cancer awareness talk to all participants, emphasized the importance of early detection and regular screenings.

The participants, adorned in pink attire, radiated enthusiasm and unity as they walked together for a cause that affects countless lives. The event successfully raised awareness about breast cancer and encouraged women to prioritize their health.
